FAQ

Do you offer combined orders with Pre order fabric and in stock fabric 
YES we do. When ordering in stock and pre-order fabric together it will be sent together once the pre-order fabric arrives.
If you would like to receive your in stock fabric and pre order fabric separately please place two separate orders.

PayPal, Credit card, Afterpay, Zippay and Layby
Please note: Zippay can not be used for pre order fabric.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately we are unable to make changes to orders or cancel orders once they are placed. 

Do you offer local pickup?
No we do not offer local pickup.

Postage
Retail fabric will be posted within 2 business days. Pre Order fabric is posted within the estimated shipping dates. 
Our shipping prices start at $10.20 - $26.00. Prices vary depending on the weight and size of your order.

Rewards 
We are now offering our loyal customers a rewards program. When you sign up to Sew Much Fabric you will automatically be added to our rewards program. For every $1 you spend you will receive 1 point. Once you have 'saved' 100 points you will be able to redeem your points for $$$ off your next purchase. For every 100 points you redeem you will get $7 off your next purchase.
Example - Redeem 400 points and you will get a $28 coupon off your order

Rewards are not to be used in conjunction with any sales/discounts we have running.
You can redeem a maximum of 500 points ($35) per purchase/order.

Do you offer refunds and returns? 
Change of mind: If you change your mind you are able to return your order. The buyer MUST pay return tracked postage. The fabric MUST be in its original condition; unwashed and uncut. Once we receive the fabric and inspect it we will then process your refund MINUS the original shipping cost. You will only receive a refund on the fabric NOT postage.

Please note: Returns must be sent within 5 days of receiving your order. For example- If you receive your order on a Monday your fabric must be sent back via tracked post by Saturday. Any fabric sent after this time won’t be eligible for a refund.
 
If there is a fault or we have sent the wrong fabric we will pay for the return postage and we will then send out the correct fabric or refund it. If there is a printing fault and it is within 5cm of the edge of the fabric or is under 3cm we will not class this as unusable; fabric will still be sent. Do you have a VIP group?
Yes we have a VIP group on Facebook. Our VIP's receive sneak peaks of upcoming pre orders and they are the first to know about any sales we are having. Please note that your profile must have a profile picture and be an active Facebook page to be accepted.
